I’ve had the great fortune to get TELUS and TELUS Digital’s support to attend the Advanced Certified Scrum Master Course with Dave Sharrock from Increment One. I’m happy to say that I was filled with so many learning moments that helped me feel more knowledgeable about my roles as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
We learned so many great topics such as:
- different levels of listening
- how to shape self-managing teams
- how to help engage change using the behavioral change canvas
- how to frame powerful questions
- where the scrum master should spend most of their energy on (facilitation, not coordination)
Now I’m even more motivated to level up my knowledge using the Scrum Alliance model. I hope I will one day achieve the Certified Teach Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) levels to help fill my brain and drive impact to anyone that it looking for it.
