The #Management 3.0 workshop was a great chance for me to step out of my daily management bubble and discover new ways to motivate teams. I’m fortunate to have attended the workshop and learned many new tools.
“Business Model: You” Workshop in Amsterdam
I participated the Business Model: You Workshop and Master Class in Amsterdam which was led by the creator Tim Clark himself. I’m very much a practical learner, so having to gone through the steps with the master founders who have made the personal business model popular was a very good experience.

With another project wrapped and laid to rest, I have joined a new project at a perfect time where the team is small and fresh enough to integrate fun workshop and educate on the basic scrum and agile practises to build a foundation for their work processes.
