After 6 years from graduating from the Master of Digital Media (MDM) program at the Centre for Digital Media in Vancouver, I came back to coach interdisciplinary teams the foundation of agile development and guiding them in the path to high-performance.

Face2Face (Web Development / Branding Strategy)

Project statement: “This project is a collaboration between F2F and Wet Toast Saga to design and develop features that will increase the viral growth potential of F2F: an online video streaming platform capable of unlimited viewers at extremely low latency. The CDM’s five person team brings experience in project management, web development, UX Design, and UI Design. The team will use design sprints to ideate, and then a Scrum based process to build up to a working prototype.”

GeoSim (3D Storytelling)

Project statement: “We aim to create a storytelling tool with GeoSim Cities which will help architects, urban planners and developers to more effectively visualize and communicate their projects.”

Videos In Action

Lego4Scrum is a popular teaching method for Agile coaches to simulate Agile Development and offer hands-on experience in using the scrum management framework.

TMDM is the summer program for teens at the CDM to give them a taster in developing interactive products and exposing them to the scrum methodology. In the summer of 2017, Jason Elliot and myself were co-mentors for 20 teens.
